Description
This is a beautiful stained glass window from the cathedral of, Our Lady of Guadalupe, in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. This image that inspires hope! Recently I had Fine Art America make a 11.13" X 16" Metal Print for me, and it turned out exquisite. The colors just burst forth from the shadowy areas. On the back I penned this verse from, Psalm 62: 5-6, "Let all that I am wait quietly before God, for my hope is in Him. He alone is my rock and my salvation, my fortress where I will not be shaken." After reading the verse and looking back at the image, it rings ever more true, because the shadowed figure at the bottom of the cross waits quietly, patiently, ever hopeful, ever faithful, come what may, waiting before the Lord; and trusting... much like us. The window is open, he has free will to leave, to walk away, to turn away from the cross, but he stands firm. Rooted -waiting in the window of hope.
